Is TradoCenter a licensed and regulated broker?

TradoCenter is a licensed and regulated broker. It is a registered FF Simple and Smart Trades Investment Services Limited fully authorized and licensed by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) with license number 080/07. Please visit the Licenses and Regulation section on the website for further information.

Is TradoCenter charging any fees?

TradoCenter is not charging fees on your deposits and withdrawals. However, TradoCenter charges a standard Spread Fee for the trades you open and a Rollover Fee in case a trade is left open overnight. We apply an Administrative Fee when a certain account is not active for 3 months. Please find the full information about the fees and charges we apply in the “Product Sheet & Costs” section on our website.

How to withdraw money from my TradoCenter trading account?

There are several options to withdraw money from your account in TradoCenter . The first one is to log in to your platform, then click on Withdrawal and then follow the steps. The other is to print a Withdrawal Form from the TradoCenter ’s  website, complete it, and send it to customer.service@TradoCenter.com.

How to deposit money to my TradoCenter trading account?

There are several ways to deposit money into your account in TradoCenter . Log in to your platform and click on “Deposit” – then click on your preferred method of payment, enter the amount you want to deposit, click “Continue” and follow the steps. We accept VISA, MasterCard, e-wallet and bank transfers.

Why was my deposit in TradoCenter unsuccessful?

In most cases, the reason for an unsuccessful deposit in TradoCenter is technical. Most failed deposits are successful upon a second attempt. Ensure that you have sufficient funds and you have entered your details correctly and that your card is valid. If you continue to experience issues, please contact customer.service@TradoCenter.com.

Why should I upload my documents in TradoCenter?

The upload of documents in TradoCenter is recommended to ensure fast and secure withdrawals of money from your account. Here are several rules you should follow when uploading documents to TradoCenter:

  • The documents should be scanned or photographed or in PDF.
  • The documents should be in color format and not in black and white.
  • Poor quality or low-resolution images will not be accepted.

We would like to inform you that FF Simple and Smart Trades Investment Services Ltd with License Number 080/07 operating under the trade names Tradocenter and ToroInvest and the domains www.tradocenter.com and www.toroinvest.com, has decided to voluntarily renounce its CIF license. This means that the company no longer provides/carries out investment services/activities and/or enters into any business transaction with any person nor does it accept any new clients.

As per the above, clients have received personal emails with further information.
